Resources for Cat Rescue, TNR & Low-Cost Vet Care

Need help beyond what TNR Allies & Friends can currently offer? We’ve gathered a list of trusted local rescues, low-cost spay/neuter clinics, and support organizations that can assist with everything from rehoming friendly strays to getting vouchers for vet care.

Whether you're caring for a litter of kittens, looking to get cats fixed, or just trying to point a neighbor in the right direction, this page is here to guide you.

We’re all in this together—and the more connected we are, the more cats we can help.

Foster Army Animal Rescue

Foster Army is a Riverside-based nonprofit that focuses on rescuing medically fragile, orphaned, and underage animals. They work closely with foster families to rehabilitate pets and place them in loving homes.

Ontario Spay & Neuter

Ontario Spay & Neuter offers affordable spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations, and more for cats and dogs. Their mission is to reduce pet overpopulation by making veterinary care accessible to everyone.

Inland Valley Human Society & S.P.C.A.

IVHS offers a TNR program for feral and community cats in the Pomona Valley area. A $70 fee covers spay/neuter surgery, FVRCP vaccination, flea treatment, and ear notching—microchipping is not included.
